For LaTisha, that idea was never theoretical. It was forged through lived experience, years of leading complex global programs, and a relentless commitment to making change that actually matters.

From the start, her vision has been clear: merge behavioral science, data analytics, and diverse wisdom traditions into a single, powerful framework for transformation — one that works as well in a boardroom as it does in community spaces, and that shapes not just the future of business, but the future of humanity.

Her leadership is defined by both strategy and heart: the ability to navigate complex systems with precision, while keeping people — their needs, values, and dignity — at the center.

Today, as Founder and CEO, LaTisha leads Intuition Analytics, Momentum Quotient, and the Harmonic Logic framework with a mission that is as ambitious as it is urgent: to ensure the future is not only innovative, but equitable, regenerative, and deeply human.

  • LaTisha is the visionary behind Intuition Analytics, blending over two decades of expertise in supply chain, Lean Six Sigma, and customer experience with a deep commitment to people-first leadership.

    As a global program director, she’s led multi-million-dollar initiatives that transform processes, improve digital systems, and put customers at the center of every decision. But her work goes beyond business—LaTisha is a passionate advocate for domestic violence survivors, driving change through leadership roles in community organizations and policy reform.

    With a BSBA in Accounting, an MBA, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, LaTisha combines strategy, innovation, and heart to create data-driven solutions that help individuals and organizations unlock their potential. She’s also a wife and proud bonus mom to two daughters.
